Well I have replaced it. (El Capitan 10.11.2)
What you mean by containing folder is closed?
Few plugins not working but the rest are ok

    You must disable SIP first

    come on! not again :(

Apple users should learn about new "features" before they "upgrade"
    https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204899

Paths and applications protected by System Integrity Protection include:

    • /System
    • /usr
    • /bin
    • /sbin
To enable or disable System Integrity Protection, you must boot to Recovery OS and run the csrutil(1) command from the Terminal.

    1. Boot to Recovery OS by restarting your machine and holding down the Command and R keys at startup.

    2. Launch Terminal from the Utilities menu.

    3. Enter the following command:

      $ csrutil disable
After enabling or disabling System Integrity Protection on a machine, a reboot is required.

want to add that you don't need to even disable SIP if you boot from an external usb drive. like, i've got this one just in case things gone wrong and i need a fast restore. i use this external install boot disk that also has a terminal application.
Remember kids: things are at /Volumes/YourDrive HD........ etc..

For me, on 10.11.2, pretty much all the openssh plugs work flawlessly, except for the eventide omnipressor.

Omnipressor is 32bit, works fine if you use '32 Lives' to wrap it into 64bit AU

I know, but it doesn't work for me, even wrapped. Validated in logic x, but asks for ilok. Did you replace the system lib? Or the other method where you just add the cracked lib with other name?

 NO, i don't think you'll lose much. MAC Yosemite is very good.
Native Instruments have fixed their products for *El Capitan*.

:excl: Be aware of risks with messing up System files! I wouldn't trust those "openssh" cracks much.

Well, to each is own, I guess. I find El capitan faster and more fluid (animations, etc...). Yosemite had some lag in the UI for me, but that also depends of what model mac you have. All my plugs work on El cap and yosemite, no problems here. I did use AU validate for 10.11.0, because some plugs didnt pass validation on logic, but still worked fine. Seems to be all worked out now on 10.11.2.

As for the openssh cracks, the whole idea behind the recent threads were exactly that: keep all your original system files untouched, which they are, for me. You just add an extra, cracked lib, that are only used (dependancies) by the plugs you decide to patch.

Yes I am very happy with yosemite now, and the opensssh plugs are working great.. I did not have problems with my system by replacing the lib file.. Well thanks for the response! I will stick with yosemite and I will try to install el capitan to other partition to test the opensssh plugs..

Thanks for the advice! But Im not smart enough to make the opensssh crack patch keeping the original file untouched.... But I will try doing that to another partition..

I do think that, if you update, even a .update ( from, say, 10.11.1 to 10.11.2, it will replace your lib with the original un cracked one, if I remember correctly. Anyway, it goes without saying, before doing anything like this, always have at least 1 back up:wink:. And probably a folder on external disk with a copy of your original lib and of the cracked lib.
