    Hello

I made a similar post to this but it was about my MacBook M1 Pro.

I have the Apollo Twin Duo MK2 & have recently bought a Focusrite 18i20 to use as a slave for more XLR inputs.

Now, I have seen videos online of how to tell the Focusrite to go into ADAT mode, and have followed it to the letter, but the Focusrite software Sync Status is not changing to 'Locked' from 'Not Locked'

I have no idea where I am going wrong and it is really annoying me.

Has anyone else had this issue, and how did they resolve it?

    *I'm using MacBook M1 Pro*

    Thanks in advance

you can only sync that apollo to the focusrite's clock as the word clock on adat is transmited on the sending device (ie adat out)
if you apollo had adat out or even spdif out on rca you whould be able to sync the focusrite to the apollo
