I agree. Im chronically online enough to realize when someone is playing a part. He's doing the trump thing. Inflammatory comments, stirring the pot, wild claims etc. Once he developed enough of an online presence / following, he monetized it. Honestly brilliant imo.

 

If you listen to his mixed music and don't know who he is, you'll quickly determine whether he's good at his job or not.

He came out on YouTube, and now every viewer can form their own opinion about what mental illness he suffers from or is impaired by. Perhaps it's just a character flaw or delusions of grandeur. Without a medical report, we're not in a position to judge; perhaps he's a great person with a few weaknesses. Perhaps he'll soon realize it himself and delete the video. Or he'll continue to ruin his good reputation and soon find himself unemployed.

 

Yeah, I'm not trying to diagnose him with anything, but delusions of grandeur is a more accurate assessment than what I said.

AP Mastering's personality reminds me of many YouTube political commentators.

After this thread, I will never engage with anything AP Mastering says or does. Simple solution.

 

The worst thing about it is that they actually believe and are convinced of what they're saying.
