Looks like ENO invented an anti-piracy and anti-streaming mechanism you can't watch the movie because of it's generative nature - it's made on the fly and every film screening is a unique experience, some parts of which may not even appear or never be demonstrated again.
Watching experience may be similar like YouTube recommendations work with Auto-play on but offline.
