    Where did you find the image? All I can make out is is, "Kontakt Player".

    The interface is an alien head with 5 UFO discs around it from what I can make out, if it helps anyone...

    Clearly could be anything. I remember seeing a lot of 'unofficial' libraries that also had some GUI made for it, simple ones like that one. So if that's the case I don't think you'll get to know that easy.
