Sounds like someone scrapping the fret board on a guitar with loadsa delay and reverb especially on the second one?

Actually considering the age of the second track im certain its the guitarist creating the effect!

 

Do you know vst or kontakt library for this type of guitar ?

 

Don't take it personally but find a guitarist or a guitar and try to obtain this sound. I get pretty closed to it with a tape echo and a spring reverb. The way of playing is by muting the string with your left hand palm while sliding slowly across the fretboard.
You will have much more flexibility with a real instrument and/or instrumentist... If you really can't find nothing, maybe we can work it out together, you tell me what you want and I'll do my best.

I don't think you're right because it's more on the high range of the instrument and it seems more picked than stratched...
