    i have no idea how to get that sound so my contribution is just the link,
    its always a good idea to add an example/link to what you want to recreate.

    hmm, the Bass is panned to the left, thats weird

    it's soft from filtering, soft distotion and mixing eq/compression. You can make that with a sine wave.
