My account info is memorized in my Mac and it's usually more or less automatic but today I get nothing. The captcha also seems to reject everything so I can't contact support. Should I be worried here?

 

Sometimes it could be blocked by your service provider.Contact your internet service provider.Could be an issue from their side.

I'm on a Mac too... but my desktop Mac Pro will not save login info for RapidGator but my laptop MacBook Pro will. It may have to do with updates on your end or on RG's end. I've had glitches like that before too. You can go into your browser preferences and check to make sure there aren't any conflicting "autofill" logins. Or you can clear your browser's cache but you may have to type in passwords again but it helps to clean it out now and again. Or you can just go make a sandwich...

 

Thanks guys for the suggestions - after several hours the problem disappeared without any apparent cause emerging. I suspect it was just a glitch at RG's end.
