    Hey everyone

I recently stumbled upon a tool called https://mixanalytic.com — it promises free AI-based feedback on your mix. At first, I wasn’t sure if it was actually legit or just another hyped-up AI website.

I tested it on a couple of demo mixes, and while the results were actually kind of interesting (especially the frequency balance suggestions), I did notice that the site was a bit slow at times. Not a dealbreaker, but something worth mentioning.

On the plus side, it’s completely free, no login required, and the feedback is structured — not just some generic fluff. It kinda felt like having a second opinion when you’re stuck in the mix phase.

Curious if anyone else here has tried it? Would be cool to hear what you think or if you’ve found alternatives.

    Cheers!

took one of my own mixes and took another mix of an established act to compare what the tool would say about both and it turns out my mix scored higher according to the tool, ridiculous because it is obviously not of the same quality so won't take this too serious

It does not make sense to ask a person about the quality, that takes a technical approach on analyzing the tonal balance. That's why asking people that take "REALLY deep" analysis on tracks and have god knows how much and what complicated things to say about it is nonsense.

It only makes sense to ask a person with a consumer position and a technical and/or musical background about what changes to him make more sense.

The point is, the ai is not a consumer. Neither are those first mentioned people.
