found this Liquid Stand 88 key keyboard stand with wheels for 80$, looks decent. Was wondering if anybody has used one.

Maybe I was not careful in the school but I think liquid can't stand.

 

i think they freeze it or something, in the picture it seems to be staying solid...

 

You see. Told ya that I was not careful in the school.
But if it's freezed liquid it is still liquid or it is solid now?
Now it's like this cross the edge of the quantum physics and looks that this stand is in super position.

 

I have had that type of stand and they are much more sturdy than the usual X shape. Obviously it is for studio use, not for gigs: it is uncomfortable to carry so I do not recommend it on stage

 

well I put it together in about 10 minutes. it arrived in a 24x24 x4 inch box. was half way through assembly before I found the instructions so its pretty easy to figure it out.

like the wheels, rolls easy on carpet. pretty sturdy, much better than the x style stand I was using which was wobbly with the 50lb arturia keyboard, and much cheaper and more adjustable then the Arturia wooden legs @ 200$.

i'm happy with everything except instructions didn't state max height and width since its adjustable, so I go to my amazon order
and now its on Flash Sale for 13$ cheaper than I paid - it was now only 66$, I was tempted to buy another....

cut up a swimming pool noodle aka foam water pipe insulator, and put it around the cross brace thats at shin level, just to keep the ineveitable shin smash less painful.

I give it 5 stars... great product..

 

Great review. I like the headphone holder. For those on a tighter budget, here's what you can do: Get a cheap walker from a thrift store like Goodwill or Salvation Army. I got mine for $7. Paint it if you care to. Mine has only rear wheels, but that's enough. Height is adjustable. Headphone holder on the cross bars. Depending on your keyboard and setup, it might work for you. It's OK for me, for now. And when I get too old to play, at least I'll have a walker.

 

Love the stand but get the baby blue version.
It looks so much cooler than the black or purple.
