I don't remember the name of the plugin but the maker of the plugin was puremagnetik. They've got a lot of Plugins and I remember reading a similar description on one of those. You can find them on the sister site too.

 

the stuff from Puremagnetik (granule) maybe?

(other granular vsts are: the mangle, devious machines texture, grain space, space craft, ribs, argotlunar, inertia sound system granulizer, granny vst)

also may look into eventide mangleverb or psychic modulation plugins they are all really cool

and Glitchmachine vsts ! like fracture ! (most similar)

or unfiltered audio plugins (really good)

 

Yeah thanks for the answer I have tried a lot of these but I think its a bit different than that for example has a buffer just like fracture but no pitch shift and no different algorithms for pitch shift do you know anything that is more similar having a buffer and also the pitch shift?

Not read the description etc so no idea if the same style, but the GUI looks like a child's drawing version of Zynaptiq Wormhole

 

Seems like a lo-fi reverb with a pitch-shifter and granulator attached -- you can probably achieve the same results with BABY Audio's Spaced Out and Super VHS plugs stacked together (or just Spaced Out, really).

 

nop no you cant spaced out isn't really agranular plugin with a buffer

since menta uses buffer- samples - grainstates +pitch
most of the grm do the same you could just pick one like pitch accum
or any combination of them
