Any way to disable MAx?

    I don't use Max very much, but it slows down Ableton at startup a noticable amount even when there are no max items in the project...

    If not "disabled", how can one even know? Compare startup times, "with and without max"?
    Live 9 or live 10 version? In live 10 (suite), max is bundled, so it's not possible to uninstall it.
    Perhaps, installing max separately and pointing live to use (10.0.6+) external max, can help?
