so, I need some tips on saving my disc's space

I got loads of stuff, like some huge sized sample packs, some huge vst folders like Nexus and others, and that's without the actual RAR files, vst presets, FLP files and others......

well, thanks anyway for the help

Get a 1 TB external SSD. You can find some good ones on sale on Amazon.com.

Oh and put all your rar files on a cloud drive like Google. That could help. Get rid of files you do not need.

This solution may not be for everyone, but I often compress large wav files into .ogg format.

Yes, there is a barely perceptible drop in quality but it’s not noticeable in the context of a mix.

Obviously don’t do this for masters. I apply it mainly to my sample library.

    delete all the crap,

If you are using windows you'll be suprised what windows leaves behind. run diskcleanup twice (once for system)

    ON your computer?
DAW 101: External scratch disc for recording audio to; NOT your OS drive! All daws will work better.
External drive for sample packs and sample based libraries.
Leave minimum 10% of drive free, pref 20%. OS needs room to make calculations.

Delete the stuff you don't need or have never even used.

Nice to see a non troll Post from Area51

    Ok,
    1. Use a tool like http://www.softwareok.de/?Download=MeinPlatz it will show you were the big fishes are (Since your Anti Apple post on an other Thread I don´t think a Mac Version will needed)
    2. Cloud everthing with lowest prio .(Stuff nearly to never use and which are not sad if the gone forever)
    3. Some Systemfiles like Hibernate ,Windows Old and some are others can be deleted if you don´t need them (Hibernate is for quick boot from Hibernate. Windows Old are some backups, pagefile is not need if you RAM is more than 16 Gb . And will slow you PC down since it writes the RAM to the much slower SSD )
    4 Remove Temp https://pureinfotech.com/remove-temporary-files-windows-10/

    5. If all above are not enough space a new HDD with 4 TB will bring you the space you´ll need for around 80€
