Yesterday I made some nice patterns, projects in free version of Android app AUDIOID.
Today I've got full version of this app and saved projects can't load.

I'm fucked because free version can only save, loading is disabled, and I probably lost 11 projects.
All day trying to make this working without success.

I think it's some incompatibility problems because free app is bit older:

    Audioid Free - Version: 1.5.4.1 Build: 1541
    Audioid - Version: 1.5.4.1.7 Build: 1544

Maybe is possible to make some change in preset file from free version to make it working in full version?

I make 2 test projects. Set everything same in free and full version and save.
You can compare what is changed.
Windows notepad can read this file or is there program called winmerge to compare text files side by side.
If You a programmer You know what tool use.

    Test projects to compare here:

    Please help :(

You can use HxD to compare those files and the differences are minimal, they don't look like they should trigger an incompatibility... weird

    in testx01 files : the "patternPos":0 in free / "patternPos":6 in full
in testx02 files : the "bpm" values are different

Maybe there's something like "file attributes" involved on the android OS side. No idea.

    EDIT:
I should have tried this right away, but i just tried to open those free and full files in the 1.5.4.1.7 version and they all load and play fine here.

Try to change the version from 1541 to 1544 using a regular text editor.

Crap. Maybe I doing something wrong or maybe with my device is something wrong because I had few other version before and some complicatons are between packages.
    You are shure?
Can You describe how You load them?
For be 100% shure clear your pattern. Start new with tempo 128 and Load testx02free. After loading tempo should be 140 bpm some fx in first channel on the mixer should loads. Bit Crusher, Bit Decimator. And after clicking play you will able to hear some simple pattern on 808. Kick, Snare, Kick, Snare.

Yep tried again here, opened testx02free in 1.5.4.1.7 and have the simple kick snare pattern on the 808 playing with bit crusher and decimator on channel 1.

Edited the start of the testx02 file with: {"version_code":1999,"mixer":{"bpm":139.9642333984375,.....etc.................... and it still opens fine, so that doesn't matter.

Is there any error message showing up when you open the free file in the full version?

You need like me root permission to copy & paste this project files? Without root explorer app I can't go to data/user/0/org.quet.android.audioid/files

Not on a rooted device here no.
I copied the files into the internal Download folder of the Android OS (not the ext. mem card) and navigate to it from within Audioid.

When you click the FOLDER icon in audioid and choose OPEN it takes you to the "file open" screen, in the top left corner of it you'll see 3 icons, clicking the middle one will take you to /storage/emulated/0/ and there is the Download folder that i used to put the files in.

Problem solved! I put project files to this path:
    data/user/0/org.quet.android.audioid/files

And don't load projects, probably because it's rooted path.

Any other path with unroot acess should works fine.
I'll be able to load projects from free version now.

    Thanks!
