For me, doing something I like and getting paid 3000 USD per month from that job. For most, it sounds easy money but for me (earns less than $500 for the job I don't love), it is great.
Definition of success may change for me once I achieve my this definition.

Sure. If this is your only job, you're right. You should make a living doing that.
Most musicians need at least one fulltime job or even more (just like me) to make a living and music just stays their hobby forever. But if they love it, that'll be ok for them. For me that's working fine. Good luck for you, I hope you'll find a well paid job you love.
