Android Mobile Chrome: Bookmarks + Tabs -> WinPC: Firefox?

    I've been using Android Mobile Chrome and now have a laptop PC (Win10) with Firefox.
    There's 100's of bookmarks and tabs on the mobile, which I need to move to FF and clean out all the duplicates.

    I've known about old FF extensions eg. 'Bookmarks Duplicate Detector' etc. but none for duplicate tabs.
    Are there still extensions for these and which are more favorite?

    Why not use Chrome? Usually, such features are available when, you are using same browser on pc and mobile.

    Firefox will sync between devices but you have to make a free account and sign in.
    You do not need any extensions but it will sync those installed as well.

    I forgot - what's the way(s) to transfer Chrome bookmarks + tabs from Android to Windows10?

    Why not use Chrome?
    - it has a lot of sneaky processes which run in the background... update checks etc...
