    Hi guys,

I'm looking for an app to create beats while I'm in a bus or train.
It should be possible to import / use own samples and it should export the made beats as midi - to use it in my DAW.

    Any hints appreciated!

    no more? guys, really... :)

nanoloop looks nice, but nerdy. But I'll have a look.
Does it saves the output as midi?

MPC Machine is the beatmaking tool of choice i use for my Android devices.

    http://bit.ly/mpcmachine

It reminds me of my akai MPC, only it Imports mp3, wavs, even exports to akai legacy formats, allows you to export your indivdual track as audio to import into your DAW, exports midi..has loadsa features i cant even list em all here, but some more stand out ones for me are that i can add swing per track, chops breaks onto pads...and so much more, worth every penny!!!

Try out the demo if your not sure

    Nice one

For the record i have used caustic before and it too is powerfull
However i prefer step sequencing ,and secondarily G stomper is actually an emulation "of sorts " of the kORG EM Series of Grooveboxes So for me And for programming more heavier electronic based stuff, it was the way to go, because its true to form..
