Android and iOS apps on Windows

    I don't know about ios but there was youwave for android on pc.

    They way that I understand it, it does require SOME developer effort. It's not like it's download any iOS app or apk and run it on windoze without modifications. At best,?

    Youwave looks more like an emulator. These new technologies make it (near) native.

    I use Bluestacks to run android apps on my Windows 8.1 laptop and the version i use has the functions of a rooted device to so their are many things you can do on it. I herd their is a emulator for ios as well but never tried that one.
