Did you check ProductHints.xml have the same name "cinebrass" yet? and look for snpid number in there?

I would be really enchainted if someone gives a REAL answer to these problems. Only one more detail: official libraries for Kontakt can´t be changed SNPID from NICNT file. Nevermind if SNPID is free, not registered yet. If you change, bye bye library.

And I have noticed thatr if you change the SNPID number back to what it was it will not work...It must register the error somewhere and taint the library...

I was having the same issue; "Your new library needs to be added before this instrument can be used...", with Soniccouture's Ondes Martenot V2 NKS update found on the 'other' site.

I uninstalled and removed all traces (.xml/regkeys) but still got the error.
I downloaded the entire library again and started from scratch. Still got the error.
I installed V1, which I had never had on my system before, updated to V2 then applied the NKS update. Still got the error.

I noticed that V1 had a different directory layout than V2.
V2 had a Library folder which contained Documentation / Instruments / Samples / .nicnt
V1 had NO library folder and contained Data / Documentation / Info / Instruments / _info.nkc, _info.nkx, .nkc, .nkx

I added the V2 files but maintained the structure of the V1 library.
My library now contains no Library folder and contains Documentation / Instruments / Samples / .nicnt, _info.nkc, _info.nkx

No more error. I was able to apply the NKS update and everything worked like it should in Kontakt and Maschine.
    Hope this helps.

I think that this issue is really discovery. I must check around inside lib's folder, and flutter whenever adding it into tab ^^ Maybe this is long issue
Now I have about 100 libs, the only one that I cannot make it work is "Super Audio Cart" :(

Exactly. I tested too with Apollo and others. Changing value (it was 557 if I am not wrong) for other free and appeared typical error message.

Thank you Pinkman, I have just redownloaded the lib, work fine
I can conclude that if something is wrong with adding a lib, then
    - download newest version (if any)
    - redownload nicnt or nkx/nkc files if possible or whole lib (compare among download links, usually larger link, reference to official website for lib size)
    - delete .xml and reg key
    - check snpid number again then add it

Ok...Kontakt is worse than rocket science...about these libraries here's what I did:
    Deleted the:
    CineBrass_info.nkc file
    CineBrass_info.nkx file
    and created blank ones
Cleaned all registers and registered the library manually with a new SNPID number.
This done, added the libraryto to Kontakt. It added fine. But upon trying to load an instrument it msgd that a nicnt file was missing.
    Damn...then I tried something diferent.
It wanted an nicnt file, so I would give it one; I went to another library and copied it's nicnt file to the cinebrass folder, opened it with notepad ++, deleted EVERYTHING, living it just a blank nicnt file and renamed it cinebrass.
Opened kontakt and lo anf behold it loaded the library and instrumens, no problem...the solution albeit a non orthodox one had worked...like a charm. Headed to the cibrass pro folder which had the same problem and repeated the procedure...BANG, no joy...it didn't work...SOAB. So, back to the drawing board, so far no luck with that one.

@gaijinn000 Has your problem been solved? I figured out mine, tried also that Notepad++ thing to create library for Iconic Bass - Jaco by using Scarbee Jay-Bass nicnt file, edited it through Notepad++ and Scarbee Jay-Bass begins to display errors in library. So what I did was open regedit and delete all registry keys for Scarbee Jay-Bass and Iconic Bass - Jaco, first you have to search by clicking find on the edit tab in regedit, I searched first for Iconic Bass - Jaco and deleting every key that has been searched, press F3 to find next until everything is deleted, and I also did the same for Scarbee Jay-Bass. After that, I deleted the nicnt file I created for Iconic Bass - Jaco. Then I opened my Kontakt Player and tried to add Scarbee Jay-Bass and VOILA, everything was back to normal for Scarbee Jay-Bass library, and never again tried to create an nicnt file using Notepad++.
