Thanks Feridan I feel bad leaving you hanging and by the way I wish you would be more active. I've gotten used to you and now both you and frito are almost never around and it feels like something's missing, you guys bring a lot to this place. Frito's song isn't up yet but we're working on getting that done so he can get some feedback. I really liked it a lot and I'm sure you will too. *yes*

That's very kind of you. I haven't gone away, and have no intentions of leaving. it's just that I'm in a very complex mood at the moment. I'm changing. I'm moving into a new chapter in my personal life. So I'm distracted, excited, and staring attractively into space a lot *yes*

I could start a little thread about Classical/Avantgarde? If you ever want to expand the Transmissions you could just move those posts over or rename the thread?

 

I can certainly relate but sometimes I don't know how to feel about his chapter in my life, things are very difficult in my personal life at the moment. Frito's doing better now than he was before and hopefully he'll join us here soon. Yeah I would love to expand and since Transmissions is our project there is no need for renaming, let's just make another installment in the series.

It may sound stupid but sometimes when you're in these unpleasant phases you just have to keep marching bit by bit. Make sure the basic necessities are met as adequately as possible (food, rest) and don't worry too much. Just march from a to b, then on to c, and d, and e.

Other good approaches depending on type of problem: a change of scene, job, or location. If it's relationships, well then don't put off the difficult discussion. If it's stress turn off everything for at least half an hour every day, and just sit doing nothing and thinking nothing. Listening to the sounds of the city. Which is a good idea always.
