By the way, Amani...I think you can use caps to begin a sentence and in reference to proper names without offending anyone. When they say "don't type in caps," I believe they mean "don't write in all caps" not the occasional cap that is conducive to proper English. But you'll have to ask one of the "cap offendees." Personally, I accept all letters by their ability to communicate, not the size of their font.
