I need a great Alternative to Waves SoundShifter Native - Pitch and Time-Shift Plug-In please.....it can be a free or paid vst it doesn't matter

 

I am partial to DMG Pitchfunk, if you wanted to try something else that's where I would point you. It works for me.

There is also Zplane Elastique Pitch, U-He Uhbik which I liked when I tried them but not enough to change to them along with a mountain of others.

 

If you are on mac you can use stock apple AUplugin, you will be surprise

Yep, z-plane. Also don't forget Melodyne, though its time shift functions are more limited.
