hi, do you play any online games with a headset mic? or use skype for online phone calls? i remember an issue where the volume levels were wonky due to those settings, and other programs would carry over the glitch.

i dont know this is the answer- but try it anyway:

    1. Open "Sound" applet from Control Panel. You can also access it directly using "mmsys.cpl" command in RUN or Startmenu searchbox. Or right-click on Speaker icon present in system tray and select "Playback devices" or "Recording devices" or "Sounds" option.

    2. Now go to "Communications" tab and check the option "Do nothing" and Apply it.

    hopefully this might fix it?

if that doesnt work, you can disable any external sound card managers (like Realtek Manager) in your startup using msconfig.exe and then boot into safe mode and see if the problem still exists

I think it does not work since the setup.exe hacks the windows volume control panel to blow out your speakers at the highest possible volume.

I have set the volume to be very low. And then when i open the exe file. The volume level is changed automatic. :(

what windows and soundcard drivers do you use?
setup.exe ? it happens when installing programas, what exe files?

try to reinstall or update your audio drivers.

i noticed from the picture that you probably are using xp, does it change the Wave fader or the Volume Control fader?

if my first answer didnt work, search for virus\spywareetc in your computer, and then Reinstall a Volume Control Device
    Code:
