It seems there is a time bomb with this version and other (even with R2R). Randomly, projects with OP-X PRO-II (from SonicProjects) will crash at the starting or when they are already opened.

There is no such issue with legit versions. It happens only with cracked versions.

 

I installed mine on March 13, 2022, and it is still working, no time bomb. I never use it though, so maybe there's something special that triggers the bomb that I haven't done yet. I just opened it, and it is working as expected.

I'm using v1.2.6, and believe it is the R2R release.

 

Maybe just a crash, bug, hanging DAW etc? It happens with some plugins sometimes in some DAWs..... Earlier versions of this crashed my reaper, now everything is fine..... Roland cloud stuff for example killed all my setting in one projects, they reverted back to the first preset of bank A....... So, i hope it is a software bug, plugin itself or plugin-DAW.... Not timebomb... Try this in another DAW(s).

 

Also had it crashing Reaper 6, Windows 10 several times, 1.2.6 R2R.

 

I want to believe that if you're writing this everywhere (at sister site too) it's because you're looking for a solution, even if you don't use a question mark...

So, please, give more details.
Which DAW?
Which OS.
Vst2 or Vst3 or both
How many hours of use?
Did you edited sounds and save them? If yes, how many times?

Time bombs have triggers, so to reproduce and verify if it's really a time bomb, or a problem in your system, we need as much details as possible.

EDIT: I'm testing it for you. 5 hours using it now into Cakewalk, Win 10, vst3,
Editing, saving presets, closing re-opening DAW no crash...
