If you're talking about the audio inserts on the back, you won't get any sound, as these are send/return for external hardware processors like rack compression units. Use the line inputs at the front ie 1 and 2(set them to mic/line) left in 1, right in 2. As there are no pan pots on the interface, in your DAW you will need to pan track 1 hard left and track 2 hard right to get the effect of stereo. I'm not 100% on this though, as the user manual is about as useful as a chocolate teapot. But give it a try, and make sure phantom power is OFF.

    Use male XLR to 1/4"

    But these will work too:

I've even used these with my iPad.

They are MONO inputs. Input 1 is Left, Input 2 is Right
Connect both synth mono outputs to both EIE mono inputs for a stereo signal.
Or using something similar to Ableton's Mono Utility or Melda Stereoscope/Stereospread on the line-in track in your DAW.

No, bud. In the front. It'll fit.
    I promise.

    NOT where it says headphone.
Plug into number 1 for mono. 1&2 for stereo.

TS or TRS instrument line cables like the second picture in Pinkman's post.
See on the front there are round holes in the middle of each mic socket. Plug one end of the instrument cable into the synth's left output, then plug the other end into the hole of the channel 1 mic socket. Next connect the other cable from the synth's right output to the channel 2 mic socket. you will need 2 cables, one for each side.

The switches on the interface need to be as follows. channel 1 and 2 Level mic/line. +48V OFF.
