What ppl call "AI" is HUMAN CONTENT compilation.
    AI create NOTHING by itself.

So what "AI" pretend to have generated is already stolen human content.
Last time i tried to generate a Depeche Mode like track on Suno ... i got Dave Gahan voice sticked on it

Do they give a single dollar to him ?
    NOT

Remember SUNO and such are crawling the web and getting copyrighted material to feed their AI engines.

ppl are dealing with thieves and wonder if those thieves will give them some money back

Those platform are using AI engines to find their own content :bleh:
Loop is closed. Let this sh*t burn alone in the corner.
AI will just replace dumb ppl ... and it is not a problem to me

This threat can be seen as a cause-and-effect response to humans. In other words, it is the result of man's continued pursuit of “convenience” and “efficiency”. With the advancement of advanced technology, an era will come when flesh-and-blood humans will not have to do anything. However, in some fields, such as the field of art, problems are arising.
In other words, it is not enough to make everything “efficient” or “convenient”.
On the other hand, however, in the field of art, for example, image-generating AI is giving people who had previously given up on the field of painting the opportunity to “create pictures” (actually, AI is drawing them, so I will describe it this way). I also paint, but now I am using AI to create pictures. AI is a very interesting technology; it can create paintings that humans would never be able to create. This may contribute to the development of the field of art. But instead of contributing, it might destroy art history. It is a very difficult agenda. The same could be said for the field of music.
It gives opportunities to those who have not been able to receive musical education due to various factors such as upbringing, place of origin, family environment, status, etc., and to those who have not been fortunate enough to have the environment to become musicians. I saw a comment on another thread complaining that it is troubling that people who have never studied music before are entering the music industry, but is that so wrong? I think it's great that everyone can get their music out there.
However, since AI has not yet made its professional debut as a “musician,” it may not yet be the stage where AI music can be heard on the street by all. Or perhaps the music industry's bigwigs are blocking the development of AI in the field of music...to protect their vested interests. I don't know that.

You can find as many reasons for it as you can against it.
As for the copyright, based on what seems to be occurring in the courts worldwide, that may not be universally agreed on for many years to come.
Many companies have adopted it, many unions have had strikes over it. For me personally, I am just going to observe and hope common sense wins.

Also, for me A.I. is like a gun. Guns aren't dangerous, the people who misuse them are.

    Greed always eats brains.

The first commandment of every criminal is: don't get caught and hopefully the judge will be merciful.
