Hi Guys since the AI Storm is going on in every sector of technology. I was just curious to see if you guys are using any plugins or software having inbuilt AI for music production.

I use TextToSample every couple months when I need a one-off sound or I'm bored and want a challenge/a surprise.

I played around with Grimes' AI vocal creator https://elf.tech/ when it was first launched. Very specific style but I was impressed with the results I was getting at the time.

so far only experimenting with (free) UVR5 - stem separation mode (drums, vocals, bass, other) which is handy for isolating noise and bleeds for live multitracks, having cleaner starting point when mixing further

XLN Audio Life (Generates rythyms from chopping up a sample)
Unison MIDI Wizard 2 (Generates chord progressions, melodies and a hybrid between them)
Unison Bass Dragon (Generates basslines, can be linked to midi wizard so it follows your chord progression)

These are all plugins that generate audio/midi that you can drag into your daw.
You have to spend time with them, clicking generate a few times until you find something you like.

For full songs with stems, there is soundful - does quite a few genres. Its algorithmic, meaning it internally generates tracks using midi/ai and puts them together.
If you just want a song to sample, you can go with udio which is really good at generating songs from prompts.

Hey, I've been using Neural DSP's neutone stuff to turn my vocalizing into some of the instruments they have in neutone.

I also happen to work with Audialab (https://audialab.com/everything) who makes Emergent Drums 2 (AI Drum Sample Generation Plugin) and Infinite Packs Alpha (AI Melodic and sound texture generation). I used Emergent Drums the most before even joining the team at Audialab to create really punchy kicks for electro House!
