    Hello!
Do you know ways to slightly correct dips in the 100-200Hz region? In the picture these are numbers are 2 and 3. I don’t ask about number 1, because as far as I know, sound traps should be too thick.
I'm basically interested where try to place a trap (corners, ceiling), what thickness? Maybe there is a website where I can read about it all (or even calculate it)

I measured with EMC8000 in REW. Full spectrum:

Right now I'm on vacation. I cannot picture my setup. I can just say that one monitor in the corner. And the second close to the wardrobe. I know that this is one of the worst placement. But I was moving the speakers to many places. And this place is the best where I hear the low end. After mixing I do many manipulations in my HD650 (fix low mid and mid bass (100-200hz)). Sub is good to my surprise. I also use ARC for room correction. It allows me to be more percise in the midrange. But I always miss 100-200. That's why I ask. May be there's a way to at least a bit neutralize cuts in 109 and 160

P.S. ARC did this subbass almost silent. So I just don't correct below 100.

Those are some huge differences between left & right, plus some killing room modes.
I guess the difference in speaker placement and probably the whole room is responsible for all that.
Truth is, you can't control low frequencies with curtains, and even basstraps are only working to some extend. To me, ARC is snake oil.

I'm not a specialist, but by reading the Acoustics forum on Gearspace I learned that only really understanding acoustics, doing measurements and building a room from the ground up can control the low end.
For myself, I use headphones for the lows and use nearfields for stuff from 200 hz and up. But I don't work a lot with low frequencies.

    Try to read this paper:

ARC is great. Ive found it extremely useful. Its not perfect, but it can definitely help. I tried it in a bedroom for fun, did a mix with it on, and the mix translated to car, laptop, and my studio flawlessly. With ARC off, the mix sounded COMPLETELY different. It sounded like shit actually. With ARC back on, it sounded like a good mix.

Thank you for the paper. I'll read today. You're right that the best choise to build the proper room.

The same I hear with my mixed. Of cource ARC does not do the room acoustic great. But at least helps to be closer to the linear translation. I found that ARC do its job well in midrange. Also in comparision with Sonarworks Reference ARC does not tame high frequencies. I tried to mix with Reference and I found that my mixes sound harsh (especially around 2-5k).

But as you see in my frequency response I have many subbass. REW, Sonarworks, ARC cut it to many db so I cant even hear sub. Therefore I just correct above 100Hz in ARC (bypass correction below 100Hz)
