I'm finishing a project. I have 11 flac files that are all over the place volume-wise.
Are there any standalone software that can help me make them all sound similar in terms of volume, without having to adjust them one by one?

why is this thing so expensive?

 

If these tracks are related, adjust their loudness and balance in context to each other. or pay someone to do it better. This process is called mastering. You can use any DAW

You could first measure the LUFSi of all of them (for instance with Reaper dry render, Maat DROffline) and then export them all at the lowest measured LUFSi.
If you want to add limiting to raise the LUFSi of some of the lower tracks, Reaper can apply this in its export options too:


But if you want to add additional compression, there's no way around individual treatment.
