Someone knows if it's possible to do such a thing?

For ex, if I have more than twenty libs, do I have to add them one by one into Kontakt or is there a clever way by using a batch file for example?

you can have a backup but the first time you have to do it one by one

In regedit you can export this: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments
    and save it.

If you ever have to do anything like this again you can simply import the file back into your registry, recovering all your libraries.
Unfortunately, you will have to add them one by one if you hadn't done this prior.

Also, this won't work between different architectures (x86 to x64)

I did not know this tip: so if I save this registry string I can restore all the libraries like before in the case of PC format? It's correct?

Yes. As long as you keep the libraries in the same directory structure as what you had on the original machine.

Pinkman, can I ask one more thing?
If I uninstall Kontakt 5.5.0 and then install 5.6.1, after I must add scratch again ALL the libraries in the Library Tab?

Or if I export before HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments, after I can restore the Library Tab like before simply doing merge in the registry?

And then ... Now I work with old libraries (i.e. Colossus, East West stuff, ...) and new.
After all these libraries works on Kontakt 5.6.1 like now?

...Sorry, the questions are 3 ...

Only if you removed each library from Kontakt and have no registry entries or .xml files for them.

Yes, as long as your library content (and Kontakt program) is located in exactly the same folder structure and the Drive letter is the same.

I can't speak for EVERY library as I haven't used every single one. I can say that I haven't had any issues with the libraries I've added and I have added alot.
Some older libraries like the Kompakt based ones use system ID and will have to be manually added.

I've exported/imported the registry hive like this twice but it was always after reformatting. If you don't have that many libraries I recommend just doing it manually. If you are going to to use this method, make a backup of your registry, and .xmls before you do anything.
If you're like me and have everything sorted in Quickload also backup this folder:
    C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\Native Instruments\Kontakt 5\QuickLoad

    Thanks for your answer.
Indeed, the Kompakt based libraries had a manual recording system, but when - a few months ago - I reformatted the PC, installed Win 8.1 and first versions of Kontakt 5, I never needed to use the old "Registration Tool" and keygen, but it was enough simply to do "Add Library" in Kontakt, and all libraries, old and new, were regularly added. It was a pleasant surprise to discover that there was no more need the Keygen and "Registation Tool" ...
I have all the libraries stored on external hd, so I can move them from main to pc-test on which I installed v. 5.6.1 and see if the system is changed to add them.
After I did the test will share the outcome of the experiment ...

Hitting CTRL+Shift+ letters Kontakt within 1,2 seconds unlocks a Rick Astley synth for kontakt.

As promised I share my experience, hoping to be useful to others guys.
    (Sorry for my bad English).

I made these tests on a secondary PC - that is not the main one with which I make music and on which I still have the 5.5.0 version for safety (because on this version all libraries - old and new - works fine).

After laboriously managed to install Kontakt 5.6.1 on Win 8.1 (the problems depended not Kontakt but from Visual C ++), I tried to add some old libraries, the kind that once required the "Registration Tool" and keygen, run Kontakt standalone as administrator.
And ... miracle! They have been added without problems, without restriction and also work well in the Kontakt vsti. There was no need no keygen or Registration Tool anymore.

Then I tried to make merging of all registry keys exported by the main pc where I added about 200 libraries in Kontakt 5.5.0, and I found the same in the Library Tab of 5.6.1 on second pc but in confusional order ... I was hoping to find them instead in my order.
Now I can put them back in correct order by dragging one-by-one in their place, but it's a boring job that can take several hours. I also did not verify whether the really added all, or he has left out a few, but I can say I'm happy to be able to get here.

Now I know that when the day it's really necessary to go from version 5.5.0 to 5.6.1 come, I can do it ...
