Adding characteristics of a human voice to an instrument?

    I am not sure but Melodynes Sound editor can do a similar thing ?

    Not as far as I know. It is a brilliant tool and it does allow you to shape vocal (and other) sounds and repitch, but in terms of "mergin" two sounds, it doesn't have morphing capability.
