I just downloaded Kontakt 6.5.0 (fixed) version but for some reason I can't find a away to add a library. Every time I try adding it I get the "No libraries found". Library I'm trying to add is Delicate Beats Black Diamonds.

Only native instruments and partner library you can add with “add library”. If you see in native instruments site you can find if your library exist in native partner

My point is, with a lib that requires 5.6.0+, 6.5 should be fine.
Can you understand this, or not?

Well, usually when you get this message, it means there's no *.nicnt file in the folder you pointed it to. There are many sample libraries like that. They are meant to be used by browsing the instruments from the Kontakt file browser. Have you tried loading the instruments directly from the Kontakt file browser? It should work. Then you use "Quick Links" to add the favourite instruments to the Quick Links browser.

Yes, Kontakt is a bit complicated to handle sometimes. Have you ever tried making multi-layered programs with it? I did. It's a really capable sampler, but they could have made a better GUI for it. That's why all this scripted GUIs help a lot.
