Ive never used the satanic iTunes for anything, in any of its versions, and have managed without it for very long.

its just now im testing this Traktor dj app and this (+ipad) piece of sh&t is giving me a hard time, the app requires any songs to be imported via "iTunes", now called Music app.

does anyone know how to transfer and add some tracks to the iPads library? without too much hassle, without paying any subscription or so, so I can freaking do the simple task of playing some mp3 with the darn Traktor dj app.

Once they're on your PC/Mac version of the Music app you just sync the iPad with that and it will put all the songs on the iPad in the same way it would if you had an iPhone.

You don't pay any subscription to upload tunes to iTunes or Apple Music, only to access music on their store for free like on say Spotify or Deezer etc.

 

Hi, thanks, ill check it out tonight, I can already transfer files into the iPad but the dj app will only see files imported to the itunes/Music App, library, it doesn't see "loose" files..

I think the problem is im not transferring by cable and syncing, I thought it would be enough to just airdrop. I don't have a usb c, usb2 adapter so I will get one tomorrow.

Ah not sure on that side of things as I've always done the sync via USB so hopefully that will fix your issue too.
