Add custom path / shortcut in Kontakt "Browse for files"

    When adding a bunch of libraries - some do not like to be added the manual way. For those libraries that you need to physically add in the "add new library" dialog - this trick saved me LOTS of time.

    Step 1: Open command prompt as admin

    Step 2: Create a symlink on your desktop. This is where kontakt will look by default for paths to quick-add inside this window. If you are unfamiliar with how to create one, this is an example of the command I used:

    mklink /J "C:\Users\MYUSERNAME\Desktop\Kontakt Libs" "X:\Your Sample Path\Kontakt"
    *Windows 10 Pro x64 - 1607

    Step 3: Close Kontakt and re-open to see your new shortcut!
