For the AU version I just edited the names without T, and changed inside the .xml file and it works!
This is more elaborated "fix" and useful in the long term.

I just tried the Amber 3, to see the frency of the Acustica Audio, I understand why R2R dont provide mac version of this, it is a lot of time to modify all the packs, but would be interesting to see the at least the macos "extra files" done to blend to the R2R releases

 

I dont think you understood the question, theres no feedback in any of the plugins that show if they are in trial mode. It only shows that is in trial mode in Aquarius.

 

You shouldn’t open the Aqurius after you patch the files, cause you can get a ban. Or just need to delete some files (trial version folders, .AUT files) from some folders. MacHD/Users/username/Acustica… etc

 

can I install only vst3 from the Aquarius desktop or i should install both vst3 and au(component) and finish both instructions that you said in the previous post?

I'm asking this because I did everything in the instructions (just for vst3) but Salt.vst3 disappeared from the plugin list in Studio one

I use Intel Core i7 on OS: Mojave 10.14.6, should i skip the 0a) virtual machine part ?

The GUI will be blank if you don't have the Acustica Framework installed. Did you install the Framework as per step 0 of that guide?

 

Because the trial mode needs to rely on the authorization file, that is, the AUT file for unlocking. Here we need to completely delete the AUT file and XML no longer needs the AUT file.

My suggestion is that you must use 0xed modification, otherwise it will affect future reading of your project.

It does take a long time to get everything done, but it's all worth it.

 

Your plugin should already be working, the missing gui is because you don't have the framework installed, if there are any issues with authorization your DAW will crash trying to load the plugin

 

I suspect you used R2R's VST3 file
