I am just waiting for his or her response. I want to hear why Article 13 is the only viable option to protect his or her sound design creations using fart sounds.

You know who's making money of my "fart creations" right now? Youtube. What they pay out to the artist is freaking nothing.
Its more than obvious that this article got pushed into the negative on purpose. Youtube-CEO made a video talking about her worries concerning article 13. Guess why, because she will lose a ton of money that doesn't even belong to her (she ripped it off artists who create the content for her platform). She wants o get everyone on her side now, thats how politics work, pure manipulation. And that is why i normally do not even take part in those discussions cus the big one's win it anyway. I actually wonder why im participating here.

Just think about it rationally for a second.

Youtube will be forced in developing a new system that is fair for everyone or the platform will go down. There isnt any other option and im personally okay with it either way.

Thats why im 100% FOR article 13

 

By the way, forgot to mention. There probably are always better ways in doing things, so yes, lets say i think of it as a good starting point to see how that will turn out. If problems will occur, they obviously have to sit together again and discuss about it.

 

@teach me plz You still havent answered why Article 13, in your opinion, is the only viable option to protect artist's creations. Because that is exactly what I said and you disagreed. I NEVER said it would NOT protect artists' rights. I said, at what price? And advanced the proposition that there are OTHER options to achieve the same goal without restricting us.
