    Since you're looking for a VSTi (rather than a dedicated sample library), you may check:

    i had already test all this vsti , looking for decent accordion myself
    i can say it's all "crap sounding"
    But it's true, you need Kontakt to play Best Service one and the free diatonic
    it''s up to you...

    Yeah, I have to agree with logger, if you are looking for good sampled instrument libraries, you really have to get Kontakt, the quality of the stuff being developed for it just blows most other stuff away, plus with all the scripting you can really go nuts. I have used the Best Service library and it's good stuff.

    Cheers for all the help guys,

    I'll give them all a try and see how it goes. I have to say, though, that the Best Service library is sounding the best upon first inspection.

    Well, legally they couldn't call it "Best Service" if it wasn't actually the best so.... it's in the Geneva Convention, look it up

    well, i have problems adding the accordios library in kontakt... it always throws me this message: [​IMG]
    using kontakt 5.0.1 assign edition... it worked with other libraries, but not with this one... any suggestions? :dunno:

    If you need most quality sampled accordion for NI Kontakt, you can find at virtual-acoustic.com. I haven't found better.
    I use it and sounds exactly same as real even with full accordion effects. :wink:

    another vote for Kontact, i have made saxophone (see my new sig pic below), sitar, guitar, bongos and other sounds that almost sound live!!
