Discovered the Unsung series on TV One which portrays many of my inspirations. Thought I would be able to find some episodes online but it seems to be utterly impossible except for like 5 episodes on youtube. So does anyone here know if there is any other forum or here where you can possibly get tips on how to get the episodes that I really want to see.

Well, it's TV One who broadcast it. As a European, there is no way to view it officially. Think it's a big loss that a US broadcast network don't want the whole world look into these great artists legacy. I would gladly buy a subscription but that is impossible.

 

Have you tried a VPN with an IP from the US?

Other than that, I've found only https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLZao7dA_fE5dIbIZlSgvYnvGsDPWwED_m and https://tvone.tv/category/unsung/. But I assume you already know about these?

 

You need to have a Cable TV subscription to watch it online or with the App.

Yeah, I have seen those youtube episodes. Really can't see why they don't think people in other countries love black music. I know a lot of people who really wanted to see these great episodes.

 

Maybe someone knows another legit way to watch them.
