Ableton Re-opens randomly every so often?

    Hi I have Ableton Live 10.3 Windows but this issue has been happening since Ableton 10.0. I have a project open and its all working fine. Then every so often it will restart itself and the project and reopen the same one.

    Its not a crash because it asks me if I want to save before doing it (if I havent saved recently), but if I have saved it just restarts and puts me back on the same screen.

    Its not the end of the world but its fairly annoying is there anything that can stop this happening please?
