Ableton has dropped a new, smaller version of the Push standalone. Seems pretty cool, but limited to 4 tracks (drum kits count as one track). Has a pretty limited FX section, and limited instruments as well. Built in mic and speaker, battery powered, sequencer etc. All that you would expect from a standalone instrument, albeit limited. Im thinking of grabbing it, simply for the fact that each new set you start comes loaded with four random tracks, kind of fun for random inspo. It costs $449, which is pretty hefty, i feel if they kept it at the $250 mark, they could get a lot more sold, as well as more people buying the full ableton, as Move only comes with intro.

 

just saw it has 64 gigs internal storage. not bad...
