I've recently moved my "content" and "expansions" folders for the Akai MPC software from my C drive (Windows 10) to an external drive, and created a symlink for each folder.

When I open MPC in Studio One or Bitwig it runs fine and I can access all content without issue.

When I open MPC in live then MPC just freezes with a white screen. If I remove the symlink and put the 2 folders back onto the C drive then it opens in Live just fine, but put it back and it freezes again.

I've tried Live in admin mode, tried using symbolic links and junctions, tried just leaving it running for an hour in case there's an issue scanning, but can't get it to open. Tried this on Live 11.2 and 11.2.5. I've tried waiting for Live to finish scanning plugins and places before trying to open, but it makes no difference.

Anyone had a similar problem, or any suggestions please?
