Ableton 12 Beta Crashes On Startup Now

    Yes, my first run through of installing the beta that was posted here two days ago went fine. Installed, replaced, used the gen, everything went smooth, it opened up and I was using it all middle of the night, midnight to 3am. This was two nights ago, now, it just won’t open at all. I’ve installed it 10 times over, version 12.0.23 and 12.0.22, both of them crash at start screen and hit me with a not responding notification.

    I installed revo uninstaller as well to clean up all that registry junk before trying to install every single time. still crashing on startup

    These are some of my build specs…
    • Intel - Core i7-9700F 9th Generation 8-core
    • CORSAIR - Vengeance RGB PRO 32GB (2PK 16GB) 3.2GHz PC4-25600 DDR4 DIMM /
    • Intel 660p Series M.2 2280 1TB PCIe NVMe 3.0 x4 3D2, QLC Internal Solid State Drive
    anyone able to tell me what’s wrong or am I just unlucky? :dunno:

    I had this same issue when I went from .20 to .21 and what fixed it for me was deleting the ableton live 12 beta .exe from the programdata/ableton/live 12 beta/program folder and then copy/pasting the patched .exe from the release back into said folder.
