i have installed Ableton live 11 and when ever i start the program there are some issue like:

First ,it take too long to scan my vst's and plugins.

second, after scanning it crashes right away the live does not open at all.

can anyone tell me how to solve this issues , i already searched on YouTube and did everything but nothing seems to work.

maybe there is a plugin which is faulty or isn't been reading correctly by live and you need to modify the options.text ; to know what to do, search ''ableton loading fast'' on google and look for ''subaqueousmusic'' as web... that should fix everything

pc or mac? if pc you need to add an exclusion in windows firewall, go to settings/exclusions and add ableton live suite.exe it loads live so much faster

Does the process stay in the background? It happens occasionally.

Check Task Manager / Activity Monitor and kill the process manually.

If you want you can try the plugin scan log at:
    Code:
    %APPDATA%\Ableton\Live 11.0\Preferences\PluginScanner.txt
    (on Windows that is)

If there's an offending plugin, it'll probably be the last entry.

    Also check this: https://help.ableton.com/hc/en-us/articles/209773265

Esp. the section on corrupt templates or preferences.
