    Hi all,

I'm having troubles when ussing ableton in 4k 3840x2160 arrangement view and clip view.
When i set the resolution a bit lower to 2560x1600 everything smooth.
When i whas ussing ableton 9 no problems, is there somebody here experiencing the same?
Is there a fix for this maybe can't find anything on the net.

    Win10 LTSB 7680x2160 4K with +150% scaling. Works like a charm.

You don't mention the cpu, ram or graphic card(s) on your rig - my first instinct would be to ensure you have the latest drivers for the gpu and likewise check the specs for its performance at 4k... if you're using anything less than i7 with plenty system ram that too could also contribute to some sluggishness at such a demanding resolution...though, to be honest, i'd say the issue will ultimately reside with your gpu hardware and/or its current driver setup/implementation... for example, have you tried lowering the colour depth from 32bit to 16bit at 4k?

Of course it could just be some 'orrible bug in ableton 10 (i read somewhere of cpu spikes in the latest version?) - or indeed extra graphic demands in the latest version to supply more eye candy to 'augment' the user experience... thus, it may also be worthwhile to check your ableton prefs to see if there's anything there (that wasn't in v9) that might be pointlessly sucking the juice out of your gpu/system and ruining your hi-def delight... alas (as far as you're concerned) i'm a committed cubase user so i can't supply detail as to where to specifically look, sorry :(
