Today is a good day to remember Aaron,

Aaron Hillel Swartz (November 8, 1986 – January 11, 2013)

Programmer, writer, political organizer, Internet Hacktivist "committed suicide" after he was harassed by the system. He died at age 27.
He founded the online group Demand Progress, known for its campaign against SOPA (Stop Online Piracy Act) and he have done a lot more for our freedom.

Rest in peace with all our respect.

 

I remember when I first read the story about his death. The overzealous prosecution snuffed out a life for downloading academic journal articles from JSTOR. Human beings are a disease.

 

What a clever and great guy. R.I.P!
