If any of you can't wait to obtain the latest Melodyne release my advice is to wait until a proper release is available. A member emailed me with the sad news that his system got infected after he downloaded a key gen for version 4.2.2. How "naive" (for use of a better word) can you be?
First, you should not download from ANY of "those" websites. Second, the latest releases of Melodyne have been by r2r and do not use a key generator. And third, if you are not sure as to whether a release exist it is safer to ask.

 

And, I presume, that the greatest irony above all is that many of us really don't need it in the first place.
It just that We want it now for no particular reason...

Haha that sucks. Everyone just wants their new toy in Cubase to work I guess. Funny how people start feeling incomplete because they can't immediately use something they didn't even know they would have a week ago.

I still like VariAudio tbh. Sucks because they're probably not gonna bother updating it anymore

Did you ask him where he downloaded it from? Do you know if it was a virus or a maleware?

Of course I asked him. But I am NOT going to be advertising those type of sites here. More so when I know that some fool from here is going to visit it and get infected with some nasty malware. Curiosity killed the cat.
