Very interesting article that states what I have said on many occasions and that is that some trading partners will be invulnerable to the threat of sanctions by America. This also underscores a more important topic which is that people thinking that they have no real power to change anything keeps things from ever changing. Really it's all within reach but I guess we don't see all the variables in an equation and make our decisions based on incomplete information. We have to do better. *yes*
