I recently got an MPK49 and an APC40.. anyone have any good suggestions for a stand that will accommodate BOTH.. if not, I'm looking for some kind of stand for the APC to get it angled towards me.

    Cheers :grooves:

    I have the MPK49 myself -- a decent controller.

Tons of options, OnStage gear is pretty straight for the bread (IMHO):

    Thanks for the links pyrus!
Seems like the KS7365EJ might be the right option as an APC stand...

Btw, I'm currently building a higher version using s/th like the KS7902 with the middle tubes cut to about half their length in order to get a high but narrow stand, which is also good for laptops if you want to work while you're standing.
Can easily be done, and it's very lightweight too. (aluminum with good quality plastic)

    OK, I'll be more specific:
First, check the 7902: KS7902 Keyboard Stand

Now imagine to simply keep the two "triangles" left and right as they are, but replace the horizontal tubes by much shorter versions in order to get a keyboard stand which is maybe one third of the original width, so an APC will just fit.
By adjusting the keyboard arms, you are free to choose the optimum angle for your APC40.
If you prefer to sit while working, PYRUS' second link might be just right.

BTW, you can freely move the keyboard arms on the tubes, so they WILL hold your APC, even if you decided to keep the kbd stand as wide as it is, and these arms are even available separately, so you could e.g. mount 3 APC's next to each other on one tube.

I hope you managed to follow my description ;)

BTW, I'm enjoying Reaper VOX to its full extent, THANK YOU!

A friend of mine uses a very basic music stand to hold his APC. It's meant for sheet music but it seems to ok
