So I have never dealt drugs or anything at all BUT a friend and I decided to write to the same beat and see what we came up with. I came up with this. I just thought it was a fun little exercise. Most people liked it but one of my friend who's actually sold drugs(allegedly) didn't like it because it was not "accurate" at all. I tried explaining that I was merely having fun telling a fictional story but they didn't get it. What do you all think?

I never pay attention to lyrics so I won't comment on that but the thing that stood out to me is the EQ on the vocals... why so harsh? Is it part of that style/conscious decision?

 

Really like the track. Production is good even though the vocals are seriously harsh in the high-end frequency spectrum. The vocals are sick though! DO you have any other tracks around to check out? Love it Johnny Mach1ne!
