A Drum Library that has a similar sound to the Spitfire LABS Drums?

I like the sound of these drums but they are quite limiting in articulations and doesn't have many options when mixing like SD3 or AD2. Is there any library or expansion that sounds similar or can give the same sound?

why don't you print it as a multitrack and chop it, or make it as a sample individually, and use trigger plugin

If it's loop based like I assume then you really have no other choice but to do this ^

It's not, it kinda works like a General Midi drumkit but with less toms and the like. There's a Kontakt version that has Mic Positions but it's still not fully clean to let you mix it however you want it.

Those types of drums are very nice but kind of generic so you could easily find similar ones in Superior Drummer, BFD or EZ Drummer tbh. You just have to take time processing them to get closer to this type of sound after choosing the individual hits to match the labs drums kit. Then eq, apply dynamic processing and probably look for some saturation or tape emulation.

I don't like EZ drummer personally not because of the sound but because of the limitations which is the same problem you're having but it still gives your more control than how much you seem to get with Labs Drums. Can't go wrong with either SD or BFD. They give you full control.

Another alternative is Addictive Drums but they sound darker to me which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

I go for raw drum samples that way they let me process it myself into any direction I want after choosing my samples.

Maybe Ludwig Vintage Folk Kit by Drumdrops? Might get you in the same ballpark.
